How does a virtual physio session work?+

After booking, you'll receive a Google Meet link by email. At the appointment time, join the call from your phone or laptop. Your therapist will assess your concern, guide you through tests and exercises, and share a written plan in your dashboard.

Do I need an account to book?+

No — you can book as a guest. We'll still create a passwordless account for you so you can access your dashboard, history, and Meet links anytime.

Which payment methods are supported?+

We accept international cards via Stripe, M-Pesa and African cards via Flutterwave, and direct bank transfer. You can pay in USD, TZS, KES, EUR, GBP and more.

Can I cancel or reschedule?+

Yes — you can reschedule up to 6 hours before the session from your dashboard. Cancellations earlier than 6 hours are fully refunded.

Is virtual physio as effective as in-person?+

For most musculoskeletal, post-op recovery, and chronic pain conditions, evidence shows virtual physiotherapy is highly effective. Your therapist will tell you if in-person care is recommended.

Do you support insurance?+

Not yet. We're working on insurance billing for select providers — in the meantime, we'll happily provide receipts you can submit for reimbursement.
